Photography for me is about telling a story.
Sometimes the individual photo stands on its own and at
other times, it forms part of a larger narrative - saying more as part of the
collective than it could on its own. That is what I strive to achieve in my
work. To tell your personal narrative and capture those "never to be
had again" moments in your life.
I view the process importantly as one of going below the surface while staying true to who you
are and capturing your memories in a beautiful and heartfelt way.
In my Fine Art work, I use photography as a means to capture some of the
fleeting moments of beauty that surround us. Moments which we sometimes miss in the
frantic pace of life that rushes us past them with hardly any time to notice any of it.
