A Peek at The Stations of the Cross

Just a bit of a peek at the 2010 Stations of the Cross installation at the Xnihilo Gallery. The photographs below are partials of those stations, in part because photos don't really do any of the pieces justice. I'd recommend that you find some time to stop by the gallery to properly experience the entire exhibit (on display February 17 through April 26, 2010) and to read what each artist has written up concerning their station.

Stations of the Cross 2010

Please stop by the Xnihilo Gallery (at 2115 Taft Street) when you have some time, to view the installations of The Stations of the Cross. I was selected to produce one of the stations and the entire installation (with each station incorporating some photographic element as part of the citywide FotoFest 2010 Biennial) is a thoughtful meditation of Christ's journey to the cross. The artist reception is on Saturday, March 13 at 7:00 p.m. and I look forward to seeing you there.
